This renovation was one of my favorites because it was the 2nd Ekolu unit we did for the same owners. They were a pleasure to work with and we enjoy meeting with them on their frequent visits.

This remodel was more extensive than the first and including running a ‘Split Air Conditioning’ system into the two bedrooms and living room that offers cool quiet comfort.

The kitchen had many new featured and we moved the refrigerator to the old pantry location and built a beautiful ‘custom’ pantry in the old location.
The same cabinet maker worked his magic again with the gorgeous ‘Caramelized Bamboo’ cabinets and accents. He even built a matching entertainment center and a fabulous Murphy Bed, as can be seen in the pictures.

The owners are rightfully proud of their Maui Home and all the transitions made and are happy to allow me to show the unit to prospective clients when it is vacant.

Carpeting, window coverings, new brushed nickel plumbing fixtures, new mirrors plus much more.
