This was an especially enjoyable project due to being able to work with truly enjoyable owners. I an sure we will be list them as friends for along time. Some of their desires were challenges but not ones we could not meet. Prior remodeling experiences in the Royal Mauian helped us know where we could save on time and costs for the owners.

The kitchen renovation was the major transformation and always receives the ‘WOW’ exclamation. The custom built cabinets, by one of Maui’s finest cabinet makers, are caramelized Bamboo and his ‘deluxe’ style with horizontal and vertical lines. Special sized drawers were able to be custom built for the owners and all drawers and doors have the soft close feature.

The spacious walk-in shower is another ‘WOW” feature. The vertical glass decorator tile simulated a waterfall. All the test of the tile throughout, including flooring is bullet proof ‘porcelain’ that has a Travertine Stone appearance. The main living area tile was laid in a pinwheel pattern that is very impressive.

Many other new features helped to make this renovation very special for the owners and made our job extremely gratifying. Happy owners make very happy contractors.
