This WOW unit is on the 3rd floor and offers panoramic sunrise and sunset views. The owners desired a unique and custom look throughout and the results are magnificent. All the custom touches were designed to offer a modern & tropical elegance along with comfort. The owners worked with us very closely during the entire project and their interior designer also had excellent input.

This kitchen could easily be featured in many home design magazines and is a gourmet’s tropical dream featuring deluxe bamboo cabinets. Top quality stainless steel appliances, featuring a bamboo faced Sub Zero refrigerator, elegant quartz counter tops and an impressive glass tile backsplash.

The walls were moved to allow the expansion of the width of the main entry hall and steps. This was a main desire and resulted in a much more attractive and welcoming hallway with special lighting. It makes a dramatic difference.

The Master Bath and Bedroom had “major” renovations done and are gorgeous. The pictures are nice but don’t do it justice. The spacious walk-in shower features elegant tile and the custom vanity is striking. Everything is just very special and reflects the excellent choices made by the owners and the designer.

The Guest Bath was transformed to act as a second Master Suite. A new entrance was built between the bedroom and the bath for convenience. The pocket door allows for more room in the vanity area. The shower was also enlarged some and has a custom etched glass door.
The vanity was enlarged by eliminating an old linen closet.

You will have to see the unit to enjoy all the other improvements. We don’t have enough room to include them all. This “custom condo” will always be a favorite Makena Surf model unit.
