We assisted the owners to remodel the kitchen and bath in this unit along with many other upgrades.

All new exotic granite counter tops with full 1 1/2 inch bull nose and 4 inch back splashes. Top quality kitchen and bath plumbing and under-mount sinks. A rotting water line was found in the back wall of this unit during our work. Water damage was eminent. This is not uncommon to find in these older condos.

The inward swinging door to the bath was changed to a pocket door that slides into the wall between the shower and closet. This was done while the shower was torn out for change. This adds lots of additional space to the old small bathroom.

The old tub was removed and the large walk-in shower was built with quality slider shower doors, porcelain tile walls and onyx decorator tile and floor. The corner bench is very convenient. The bathroom floor tile, that looks like travertine, is the same as the shower walls so it all flows together and is very easy upkeep.
