Major Renovations

We worked hard to convert this trashed repo condo into a magnificent showplace the owners now love. The worl included basically gutting the unit as follows:

We tore out the wall between the kitchen and living area and then converted the wall to a large peninsula bar with an exotic granite counter top and stainless steel overhead stove vent. The gorgeous solid cherry wood cabinets were accented by all new stainless steel appliances and stunning Ivory Gold granite counter tops with an under-mount sink. The custom matching dining area corner cabinet was an added touch to the area.

Rich and impressive Brazilian Cherry wood engineered flooring was installed on all the floors except the bathrooms and kitchen. Those floors were tiles with 18 inch travertine looking procelain tile.

The Master Bath tub was removed and replaced with a glass enclosed spacious walk-in shower tiled with the same procelain tile as the floors. The Guest Bath received a new tub and tile aurround. The counter tops were the same granite as the kitchen and had elegant glass vessel sinks.

The old popcorn ceiling was removed and the entire unit was textured and painted in an elegant paint selection.

This dazling unit is now the showplace of Pacific Shores.
