Because of the quantity of work we do in Kihei/Wailea, we are able to offer much lower prices for equal or better quality of work and materials. We are able to work on a smaller profit margin, which has led to a larger volume of work.

It works something like WalMart or Home Depot. You can get good quality at a lower price because they are doing a larger volume of sales. A Kohler faucet will be the exact same product at Home Depot as it is at a local plumbing store but at a reduced price because they have trimmed their profit margin to sell in volume.

“Quality and Customer Satisfaction” are the main goals on all our projects. Because of our volume pricing, we can offer top quality at much lower rates than any other remodeling service. Even our sub contractors, who are some of the best on Maui, offer us much lower rates than others because of the volume of business we give them. They also give us preferential service which can mean a lot when trying to meet a tight schedule.
