As you can see from the Before/After photos, this was a “Major” transformation of a 40 year old condo that had not had any upgrades in all that time.  It was a challenge but those are always the ones that are so gratifying when completed and meeting with the happy owners.

These were new owners and needed to keep to a tight budget in order to make the purchase of the vacation rental unit a practical investment.  We were able to work with them to meet their needs and more.  They are completely thrilled with all the renovations made. 

The kitchen was obviously the main challenge but the before/after photos show how we were able to turn an ugly duckling into a swan.  The use of “affordable” pre-fabricated granite and in-stock cabinets, in quality built caramelized “Bamboo”, combine for a stunning transformation. 

The tiny bath was enlarged and modernized by eliminating the old tub and building a spacious walk-in shower that includes 18 inch porcelain tile walls.  All the floors throughout the unit were tiled in the same bullet proof porcelain tile that has the appearance of Travertine Stone. 

Numerous other smaller improvements helped make this project a complete success and very happy owners.
