If you are familiar with the original one bedroom Kamaole Sands units you will appreciate the transformation made in this unit. The owners wanted quality and a condo that would attract the discerning renters of today but also desired to keep costs as low as possible. We were able to assist them to give them this with gorgeous new bamboo door and drawer fronts on the old cabinet boxes. Exotic granite counters now beautifully compliment the cabinets and tile floors in the kitchen and two baths.

The old baths were very dark so they were lightened them up with new light porcelain tile walls with decorator onyx trim tile and new plumbing fixtures. Along with several other upgrades, most of the unit was also painted for a complete fresh look. We were able to assist in doing all this for the owner and also satisfy their budget concerns.
