We assisted the owners and contractor with this major remodel in June of 2010, The unit had to be basically gutted and the total renovation time was about 6 weeks from start to finish. Inclusions were:
New kitchen, baths, tile floors, showers & Changes, bamboo cabinets, complete paint & texture and popcorn ceiling removal throughout, granite counters, appliances, bedroom carpeting, window coverings, new brushed nickel plumbing fixtures, new mirrors plus much more.

The owners were very pleased with the contractor’s and our work and happy to allow us the use of pictures for this presentation along with strong recommendations. In fact, they were so pleased with everything that they hired our contractor and us to assist in another major remodel of another Ekolu unit they own. This was just completed and turned out even nicer. It will also soon be included in our Web Site. They have unit 703 featured on a website they have for rentals and it is one of the most popular rental units in Ekolu with very few vacancies.
