This complete renovation was done in 2 stages. The two bathrooms conversions were done the first year and the kitchen and flooring the second year.

Custom made caramelized Bamboo cabinets were ued on all the cabinets throughout. Their light and tropical beauty is enhanced by the exotically gorgeous Golden Silver granite counter and the stainless steel appliances. The blend is a stunning combination.

The Master Bath was enlarged by removing the wall between the vanity area and the shower, making it all one large room. The old tub was removed to make way for a spacious walk-in shower in glass block and no door needed.

The Guest Bath was enhnaced with a new tub and tile complimented with onyx accent tile.

The new wood floor in the living and dining room is an engineered exotic hardwood caled “Cumaru” and is gorgeous. The Averte window shades go beautifully with the floors and Bamboo cabinets. All the improvements, the beautiful decor and a gorgeous ocean view make this a very popular rental condo.
