Over a 3 year period we assisted the owners remodel over 100 condos in this resort. The following pages of photos show much of the work done.

The owners and management have been very pleased with all aspects of our work and will be happy to give recommendations. The general manager was so pleased with our assistance and the work of the general contractor that he also gave our contractor the contract on a complete and major renovation of the front office building and pool baths. It turned out beautiful with extensive use of African Mahogany on wood doors and front desk area. Completed Maui Hill renovated units are available to preview when vacant and you are welcome to stop by at any time to view the gorgeous office.

It is due to the extensive negotiations with numerous contractors and suppliers for the labor and materials for this Maui Hill project that resulted in our contractor’s ability to offer others the same substantial savings that led to his earning the contract for this large project.
