This spectacular renovated 2 bedroom condo would be on the cover of “Better Condos & Gardens” if there were such a magazine. It receives a WOW reaction by all seeing it for the first time.
The owners desired a unique and custom look throughout and the results are magnificent. All the custom touches were designed to offer a rich and modern elegance along with practicality and comfort.
We installed insulation and dropped all the ceilings. The white drywall ceilings, with can lighting, greatly enlarge the appearance of the unit. They also enhance the comfort of the new 3 zone split air conditioning system. Separate zoned cooling for each room.
The kitchen was gutted and began with the elimination of the floor to ceiling divider wall and over counter cabinets. The entrance wall was completely eliminated to give an ocean view as soon as you enter the unit.
The Bamboo floors harmonize beautifully with the new “custom made” Caramelized Bamboo cabinets in the kitchen and baths. They exemplify the tropical look desired by owners and rental guests. We rearranged the kitchen appliances to take advantage of all space available. The refrigerator was moved to allow for a large pantry and expanded counter space.
Note the gorgeous Granite counter tops that coordinate beautifully with the Bamboo and decorative tile back splash. Also note the impressive custom Bamboo closet on one full wall of the Master bedroom. There is lots of space for locked owner storage if desired.
Both baths were enlarged by the removal of walls and closets to open up the vanity areas for a much more spacious look. The large and beautiful walk-in showers offer lots of elbow room. The old & small washer/dryer were removed from the Master Bath and a new closet was built in the Guest Bath to allow for a “full sized” stack combination.
All new Fleetwood glass doors and snap tight jalousie windows are easy to use and keep dust out and air conditioning in for comfort to all.
To top it off, the owner had an interior designer completely refurnish the unit exquisitely and comfortably. The beautiful ocean and golf course views are memorable.
