This is one our most recent completed major renovations in Ekolu and as most it was a very gratifying project.  Each unit develops their own identity and there were several special touches made in this unit that make it stand out from others.

We formed a bond with the owners from the start and enjoyed working with them.  We shared different ideas and the results are beautifully evident.

The kitchen was basically gutted to allow for a much more open design and an abundance of counter space.  Moving the refrigerator to the old pantry closet area allowed for this.  A little storage was lost but the spacious, glass paneled corner cabinets helped make up for that loss.  Note the attractive brick pattern tile back splash.  A real beauty mark for the kitchen.

As you can see from the pictures, the gorgeous  granite counters have a lot of life and tastefully  compliment the Cherry Stained cabinets.  The stainless steel appliances enrich the look and also blend with the cabinets & granite.

Both baths also received  design changes.  The tubs were removed and spacious walk-in showers installed.New mirrors are now framed with the same rich Cherry wood as the cabinets.

The  18 inch floor and shower wall tile is a  practical & bullet proof “porcelain” but in an attractive Travertine Stone appearance.  The vanity walls are also wainscoted in the same tile for ease of cleaning.

One main attraction is the 5 piece design porcelain floor tile that runs throughout the whole unit.  This is a very distinctive and impressive look.

The owners and we are extremely proud of this finished product.
