The changes made in this Grand Champions 1 bedroom were fairly dramatic and extensive.

Both bathrooms were totally transformed with elegant new tile.  The large walk-in shower in the master bath is especially inviting now.  Porcelain 18 inch tile are not only beautiful but very practical.  The accent of the glass decorator tile is subtle but elegant.  The baths now offer easy upkeep and especially with the minimal 1/8th in grout lines we always install.  The housekeepers also love the ease of cleaning with the wainscoted tiled walls in the toilet and vanity areas.

“Caramelized Bamboo” was used to “Reface” the old cabinets for a dramatic change, at an affordable cost.  The new “Tropical” look is loved by all.

The cabinets coordinate beautifully with the exotic granite counter tops with under-mount sinks and modern Moen brushed nickel plumbing fixtures.

Stainless steel appliances add to the blends of elegance.

All the floors were re-tiled with porcelain tile in a pinwheel pattern that also flowed out to the lanai.  Gorgeous and practical.

The old dark walls were painted a rich Antique White and accent beautifully with the pure white ceilings, doors and all other trim.  Again, subtle but rich.

A crowning touch was the addition of all new windows and glass lanai doors.The  lanai  doors  are  the  ultimate  Fleet wood  with  easy  glide  stainless  steel wheels.
