This is a small one bedroom unit but we were able to build a lot of “WOW” features into the space.

We never even met the owner until the project was 100% complete but enjoyed a close phone and Email relationship with him throughout the project.  These were new owners who just wanted their newly purchased Maui Home completely renovated to a quality that would attract abundant and quality vacation renters.

We “gutted” the unit and basically started over.  Rearranging the kitchen layout was a prime objective and as you can see, it turned out beautiful.  The affordable caramelized “Bamboo” cabinets are gorgeous and a perfect choice for the tropics.  We transformed the small Master Bath into a stunning retreat, with a spacious walk-in shower that includes 18 inch porcelain tile walls and a corner bench.  All the floors throughout the unit were tiled in the same bullet proof porcelain tile that has the appearance of Travertine stone.

Judy, completely furnished the unit which even included “all” kitchen needs such as toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, etc. 

These owners were and are completely thrilled with the results and it is full most of the time with renters.  Who wouldn’t want to rent this unit??
